Our clear Cotswold honey is light and delicate. Runnier than our soft-set honey, it is perfect for drizzling. It tastes of summer flowers - a heavenly match for all kinds of fruit and great with meringues, cream and vanilla ice cream. Use it to make sauces and marinades or as a glaze on meat or vegetables. And why not try it straight too on toast or over yoghurt. Made by honeybees that forage on the flowers and fields around Cheltenham.

Harry's Clear Cotswold Honey - 260g

  • Harry's local honey comes from beehives around Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. We handle it gently. It is only lightly strained and extracted without using any heat. We bottle it by hand in small batches.

It may crystallise after a while.  This is completely natural - some people prefer it. It won't affect the taste of the honey although it may make it a bit difficult to spread!  To make it runny again, just place the jar in a bowl of warm water and the process will reverse itself.

Like all honey, it's not suitable for children under 12 months of age.
