This website is owned and operated by Harry’s Honey. Harry’s Honey is a trading style of Ian Hazlem.
The website is operated via a platform provided by Wix.com that enables us to offer our products and services to you. The website offers honey and a range of related products and information. Harry’s Honey offers this website, henceforth called the service, (including all information, tools and services available from this site) to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or buying something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site - including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use our services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. You should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the terms, do not use or access, or continue to access the services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and for no reason, at any time.
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Cancellations and Returns
We accept returns for items up to 14 days after you have received them.

In order to return an item, please contact us first - either by email harry@harryshoney.co.uk or telephone 07771986160 - stating your order number.
All returns must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in anyway. It must be returned with the original box if possible. The return postage is be paid by you (unless the item is faulty). You will receive a full refund via your original payment method (excluding original delivery charge). If your order was delivered free we reserve the right to deduct a charge for delivery.

Training courses - we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course. If this is necessary then you will have the option to have a refund or to transfer to another course or another date. We will give you as much notice as possible. We cannot be responsible for other costs such as your travel or accommodation that might arise from this. If you cancel your place at least two weeks before the course date, we'll give you a full refund. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before the course start date will only be refunded if we can re-sell the course place(s). A course booking is an acceptance of this cancellation policy.
These terms exclude live bees/nucs. For live bees/nucs: returns will not be accepted under any circumstance. No refunds will be issued once the live bees have been collected or delivered to you. If we are unable to supply your order and need to cancel your live bee order we will refund any deposit you have paid
Should you have any concerns when you take receive your nucleus of bees you must contact us straight away on the same day of receipt by telephone. We will always do our best to sort out any concerns or problems that you have. Should problems arise at a later date we are always happy to give advice but once a nucleus been introduced into a hive we will not be held responsible.
Return of Faulty Goods
If the goods you receive are faulty, please contact us by email at harry@harryshoney.co.uk or by phone at 07771986160 quoting your name and order number and we will advise how to return them.
We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be unused and if possible, in the original box and packaging.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
For consumable items (our honey) the guarantee period is three months from delivery. Please remember that your honey may crystallise. This is not a fault. It is a natural feature of honey – especially lightly filtered honey which contains pollen around which crystals can form. If it bothers you, put the jar in a bowl of warm water and the process will slowly reverse itself.
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery/return charges. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only.

Images, Contents and Products
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission from us.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of this service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Unless specifically identified as such by credits on the Harry’s Honey website, the service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music and Intellectual Property Rights related to are the exclusive property of Harry’s Honey. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a licence in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, licence, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative work thereof.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
When buying an item, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it and that you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out process.
The prices we charge for our service/products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Additional information about pricing and any sales tax is available on the payments page.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

These Terms and Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).
