From honeybees that forage in the fields and gardens around Cheltenham and the Cotswolds. Our clear Cotswold honey is light and delicate. Runnier than our soft-set honey, it is perfect for drizzling. It tastes of summer flowers - a heavenly match for all kinds of fruit and great with meringues, cream and vanilla ice cream. This honey is great for making sauces and marinades or used as a glaze on meat or vegetables. It's great too, of course, straight on toast or over yoghurt.
Harry's Clear Cotswold Honey - 340g
Our local honey is only lightly strained. It is traditionally extracted without using any heat. It tastes great!
It may crystallise after a while. This is completely natural - some people prefer it. It won't affect the taste of the honey although it may make it a bit difficult to spread! To make it runny again, just place the jar in a bowl of warm water and the process will reverse itself.
Like all honey, it's not suitable for children under 12 months of age.
