SWEET STUFF

Buying Harry's Honey

Like all the best food, honey is seasonal. In spring and late summer, once we've checked that the bees have what they need, we harvest the honey. It's extracted without heat and using only a coarse filter. In the spirit of keeping it local, we sell to nearby businesses who share our values, and at farmers' markets.

Check out this page to see the businesses we work with and Facebook for news about farmer's markets.

Waghornes Logo.jpg

Waghornes is a fabulous family butcher in Prestbury - on the outskirts of Cheltenham. They have a great reputation for friendly service and their range of locally sourced meat. They're knowledgable and happy to advise on everyday cuts or something for a special occasion. Also stocking fresh bread and cheeses, you can find our honey on their shelves. They sell online too so if you want to order our honey plus a few other tasty items, check out their website.

Update: Waghornes have opened a new store in Five Valleys Shopping Centre in Stroud. Another good place to visit and of course, pick up Harry's Honey.

The Natural Grocery Store is a fab shop stocking a wide range of organic foods and all-natural products. Where they can, they source from local suppliers - and that's where Harry's Honey comes in! The store is always worth a visit and they get great reviews for their friendly service too. You can find them in the centre of the shopping area of Bath Road and within easy reach of lots of other interesting shops and restaurants.

A taste of Harry's Honey

We're so pleased to be supplying RestaurantGL50. In the centre of Cheltenham, Jonas Lodge and his team make amazing dishes that showcase seasonal and local produce.

Their menu is full of interesting ideas and unexpected flavours. They've used our honey to create some fab desserts. Our favourite is "Peanut Butter and Harry's Honey on Toast"  but we can't wait to try Bees Knees.

Not just for desserts though, Jonas recently paired our soft-set honey with Old Winchester cheese - think savoury cheese and sweet membrillo only English!

You are guaranteed friendly service and Harry loves that the chefs bring the dishes to your table.

Great for lunch or dinner, they're top of Tripadvisor Cheltenham and we can't recommend them enough. Go!
